These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Gunslinger Paint Diagnosis service (the "Service") provided by Gunslinger Speed Shop ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service uses artificial intelligence to identify automotive paint defects from photos and to provide likely causes and repair guidance. Output is informational and is provided on an "as is" basis. You are responsible for verifying any recommendation before acting on it in a workshop or booth environment.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to interfere with the Service, including via malware, scraping, probing or reverse engineering.
• Resell, redistribute or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all right, title and interest in the Service, including the software, models, branding and documentation. You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

Diagnoses and repair instructions generated by the Service may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional judgement. You are solely responsible for any decisions made or work performed based on AI output.

7. Payment, Subscriptions & Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing frequency, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Gunslinger Pro is billed on a recurring weekly basis at the price displayed at checkout until cancelled.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal provided by Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.

10. Warranties & Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Gunslinger Speed Shop against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
