Gunslinger Speed Shop wants you to be happy riding with the Gunslinger. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Gunslinger Pro subscriptions.

Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. This applies to first-time purchases of Gunslinger Pro.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our transactions. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
• Or contact Gunslinger Speed Shop support and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel your Gunslinger Pro subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
